Who is Luretta?
Luretta is a family-run, award-winning winery located in the Colli Piacentini region in Northern Italy. Known for its creative approach to wine naming, Luretta presents itself as an exclusive yet approachable brand that attracts enthusiasts willing to explore a lesser-known (but great) wine region of Italy.
Which service did Luretta need from us?
Luretta had almost no online presence when we started working with them. They were operating with a classic B2C business model in which most of their sales were made in person. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, their traditional business model came to a halt. We have created a website, new brand identity, communication strategy, social media calendar, and email automation for them.
What main challenge did we face?
Establishing an online presence to reach consumers directly and rebrand the winery to give it a fresher, more contemporary look. We also created an ecommerce webshop as well.
What solution did we bring?
Within a few days, we had an e-commerce shop up and running, allowing their loyal customers to order online. This allowed for the brand to still sell wine even though they had to face the consequences the pandemic brought such as not being able to sell their wine at wine fairs. In the meantime, after analyzing the strengths and weaknesses we developed a new concept and brand identity for them.
